This program is divided into 3 working sessions focused on the differentiation process followed by direct integration into your business. In between the sessions are reflective and active exercises. The goal is to DO the work and not just learn about it.

Focused Feedback

You'll share what you've identified as your differentiator with the entire group. It's like having your own focus group. In the end, you'll have a new way to position yourself in your marketing that separates you from the competition.

Small Group

Target Audience

It's not just about the external demographics, it's about what's going on inside. Inside their head, their heart and their gut. You have to prove you know them.

Your Authority

Is it evident that you are the best provider to help your ideal client? It's not just about your credentials and experience, how do you demonstrate your expertise?

Key Messages

Words matter. Once we've refined your target audience, authority, and differentiation, we'll then apply that to your existing or new marketing messages to plug into your ideal clients' brains

The IDEAL Time...

Working with Mercury Retrograde

What IF this process could be a bit easier? What IF the energy surrounding us helped us tap more deeply into our inner knowing to feel into the differentiation that is right for us?

Mercury went retrograde in Virgo on August 4th. On August 14th, it re-enters Leo. Mercury is the Messenger Planet. It controls our communications - which often go awry when in retrograde and what gives it a bad name. BUT, this Mercury Retrograde in Leo - ruled by the confident Sun - creates space for intense inner work on our identity and self esteem. THEN, when Mercury conjuncts the Sun on August 18th, you may find yourself even more inspired to dive into self-work that has you feeling more connected to your sense of self and inner voice. Wouldn't it be great to have a guide direct you and that energy in developing the differentiation and messaging you need to better communicate your business offerings?

BUT, we're waiting until AFTER Mercury has finished it's Retrograde to start creating. Our last session is outside of the Retrograde period.

This three-part workshop is designed to help those entrepreneurs  and small business owners who need to differentiate and can do it on their own with some direction and guidance. During the first session, I'll introduce the different ways that you can build differentiation. I'll then provide key exercises that you will do on your own between the workshops. They will lead you to identifying what differentiates you from your competition.


In between, you will have also access to an online platform with your group to access the details of the exercises, start sharing your findings, and ask questions.


We will then come back together so that you can share the fruits of your labor with the group. Both the group and I will give you feedback. That's the second important component because you need to see what people who could be your clients think. This will help you sharpen your differentiation.

Module 1: Reflect, Target, and Investigate - September 21st

In this session, we'll discuss the different ways to differentiate yourself, different ways to identify a target audience, and different ways to establish your authority. This isn't a cookie cutter process and there is more than one way to do this. Exercises will be provided for you to complete on your own by the next session. These exercises will will encourage you to come up with multiple options for each area to bring back to the group for feedback.

Module 2: Define Options and Refine - September 28th

In this session, you'll bring your work back to the group and share it. This feedback from fellow cohorts and Crystal will help you identify the best options and refine further to be ready to integrate into your greater marketing messages. This part is critical as you can't find clarity in a vacuum. You must have others to bounce these ideas off. After the session, you'll receive guidance on integrating this into real marketing messages to bring back to the group.

Module 3: Integration into Your Marketing Messages - September 11th

Because creativity often needs a little space (and we want to move a bit further from the end of Mercury Retrograde), we'll be meeting 2 weeks later. We'll come together to hear how you've integrated these key variables into your key marketing messages. Crystal and the group will help further massage your messages - if needed. Throughout this process, you'll also have access to the online portal to share and get feedback. That portal will be open for a month following the last session to continue to get support from Crystal and the Cohort as you continue to build your messages and Dare to Differentiate.
